How to: Push RSS feeds to Twitter accounts

What is Twitterfeed ?
Twitterfeed is a free tool that will simplify your life when it comes to feeding your twitter account with your recent post and news. Used by hundred of thousands websites, it saves you from having to tweet manually each time you post an update.
Twitterfeed automatically parses your RSS feeds every X minutes (your call here, the minimum is 30 minutes) and push your most recent articles to your twitter account. Basically this helps you to save time and ensure that every new article is published to your twitter feed to increase your publications exposure. For free.
So, now that you are aware of the usefulness of such a service, what's next ?
Go on www.twitterfeed.com to create an account. The easiest way would be to Sign In with OpenID (Google, Yahoo, Wordpress…).
Once logged-in, you will be asked to create a new feed by providing a name (Blog, News…) and the RSS feed URL. Don’t forget to “Test RSS feed” to ensure it works correctly.
"Expanding “Advanced Settings” will allow you to customize the way the whole thing works (frequency, content, sorting…) and to choose an URL shortener service. You might also want to specify a prefix and/or suffix that will be added to each of your tweet.
You can now move on to Step 2, where you will connect your TwitterFeed Account directly to your Twitter. You will see on this page that you can also use TwitterFeed to feed other social platforms such as Facebook, StatusNet and Hellotxt. Finally, a click on “All Done!” will end the registration process. Wait a few moments and check on Twitter if your feed is automatically updating after a new article.
And, voila! You've just set up your own RSS TwitterFeed. Now everyone can read your newest publication directly on Twitter!
