Flight Deck Support website launched for enhanced services

Our busy summer months have yet seen another website launch: the website of Flight Deck Support is on air now:  www.flightdecksupport.aero/ Although being geographically separated by a whole continent, through our professional handling of offshore development projects we could deliver a web solution to the full satisfaction of our customer.

Based in Cyprus, it caters to clients all over the world and commands longstanding experience in this dynamic industry. The company offers a diverse and comprehensive range of services from crew leasing, ferry flight services to aviation training solutions and acts as an agent between companies and crew members.

Requirements

The initial goal of the website was to increase the company`s profile internationally among the multi-faceted airline industry and job seekers. The website had to focus on two different target groups and provide both of them with relevant and easy-to-access information. Most importantly, Flight Deck Support`s website requirements was to significantly increase their business as well as facilitate their business processes, so they asked for a solution to make the website appealing to pilots. An efficient online system should invite job seekers to submit their application.

In order to meet our client`s wish for a solution to make the website appealing to job seekers, we integrated a Web 2.0 feature with which people can upload and read “cockpit stories”. Moreover, we created a tailor-made design that focuses on usability and easy navigation. As it has become almost our trademark, we built a custom-made Drupal CMS and provided comprehensive training to enable the Flight Deck Support team to smoothly manage the website content themselves. They can instantly publish new job offers and thereby enhance their business as well as prove a valuable partner for companies and individuals in the airline industry.
