Introduction:
From its headquarters in Cyprus, Flight Deck Support provides a comprehensive range of personnel solutions for the international airline industry. Acting as an agent between companies and individual job seekers, Flight Deck Support`s website had to cater to two different target groups. Thus, the challenge for us was to design and develop an online portal that would successfully address both parties. The website now features an online job center with the possibility to upload job applications as well as an area to share “cockpit stories”.
