We build, develop and support web-communities for clients, ecommerce platforms, multilingual corporate websites, web-based applications, etc. We are experts at web development and have mature experience in building rich internet applications and interactive web sites.

Over the years, Davyin has also developed and maintained its own online projects through different business units. With new incoming projects and steady clientele growth, Davyin Internet Solutions is now hiring a new assistant to the Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and innovative, punctual with deadlines, proactive, and has experience with handling multiple marketing tasks at the same time who wishes to succeed in a competitive, dynamic and growing company.


Description:

We seek dynamic and multitasking-oriented candidates to assist Marketing Manager in executing tactical action plans for the Marketing team as well as developing and devising e-marketing campaigns for customers and clients.
 

The candidate will be in charge of:

  • Assisting in the development of promotional materials that include brochures and other communications tools
  • Conception and deployment of marketing action plans
  • Definition and development of marketing strategies (online communication strategies, brand image, etc…)
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of company websites and online advertisement campaign
  • Management of marketing projects: assistance in the creation of websites to showcase and sell services, newsletter redaction and management, management and follow-up of online advertisement campaigns of the company,
  • Community management: redaction of blog articles for our corporate blog, both in French and English
  • Conduct market research and case studies
  • Identify, collect, and target potential client information and benchmark.
  • Work close with the sales team to ensure strong relationship between two departments (preparing marketing material or requirements for sales team, writing of commercial documents, etc…)
  • Definition and management of our customer’s web marketing strategies

 

Our ideal candidate will be someone who is able to execute many tasks and projects simultaneously, communicate clearly and in a timely manner. A good knowledge of online communication tools as well as a good understanding of online marketing techniques and strategies would be required. Applicants with previous experience in e-marketing are preferred. The candidate should also be able to take initiative and work independently when needed.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both native and non-native speakers welcomed), preferably coming from Europe or North America.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interested in web marketing, online marketing strategies (brand image, advertisement, PR, etc.) and viral marketing.
  • Knowledge about blogs and social media (you have animated a blog or you read blogs about social media, web 2.0, you have animated a facebook page / group or you have an active twitter account).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a focused manner with close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a multicultural / multilingual environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in on and offline promotions and event-planning preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver and HTML is a plus.
  • Prior experience in IT, telecommunications or other related fields an advantage.
  • A previous experience in the web marketing field would be big plus.


The ideal candidate would have:

  • Knowledge about online statistics tools (Google Analytics for example).
  • Knowledge about online advertisement channels : PPC / Affiliation
  • Knowledge about tools and technologies such as: Photoshop, HTML/CSS, CMS (Drupal/Joomla/Wordpress).
  • Knowledge about search engine optimization.
