W3C Compliance StandardsIn 1994, five years after inventing the World Wide Web, the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) was founded at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and since this time it has provided guidelines that developers should follow when they are building websites. Nowadays W3C already have over 500 members and 60 full-time staffs. Today's W3C's principle are the "accessibility, internationalization, device independence, mobile access and quality assurance".
